How do you check for Ticks?
- Head, Hair, Ears (in and around)
- Arms, Under the Arms, Inside Elbow
- Legs, Behind the Knees
- Waist, Belly Button
- Around the Groin
- Between the Toes
- PS.... Don't forget your pets!

I Found A Tick! Now What? So Gross!
- Find some tweezers. Needle nose pliers will work, if you are careful.
- Wash your hands with soap and water, or alcohol sanitizer, wine doesn't count.
- Save the wine for yourself.
- Wash the removal implement with soap and water or alcohol sanitizer.
- Wash the location of the tick with soap and water, or alcohol sanitizer.
- Attach the implement to the tick as close to the skin as possible.
- Slowly, pull the tick straight out.
